I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I also have a particular interest in supporting veterans and military families. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.

In our work together, I focus on meeting clients where they are and supporting them at their own pace. I often describe therapy as holding up a mirror so clients can see their experiences and patterns more clearly, while also opening the door to new possibilities for change. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and encouraged to move forward when they feel ready.

I believe the foundation of effective therapy is a genuine human connection. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel safe to be open and vulnerable. My role is to be firmly in your corner, offering guidance, perspective, and support as you navigate life’s challenges and explore what a fulfilling and meaningful life looks like for you.

My path into the mental health field began with an early experience in peer counseling, where I saw firsthand the impact of having a safe, nonjudgmental space to talk openly. That experience shaped my belief in the power of the therapeutic process and continues to inspire my work supporting others as they navigate life’s challenges.
