Elizabeth Han

Hello! I’m Elizabeth (she/her/hers)

As a mental health counseling intern, I am driven to support individuals as they navigate their unique paths to mental wellness. I am currently studying Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Long Island University, where I am honing my skills to provide compassionate and effective care.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I am dedicated to creating a trusting and supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their emotions and work through their challenges. Life can be difficult for people of all ages, and it’s common to forget how to stay in the present moment. I strive to meet clients where they are, adapting my approach to fit their unique needs and circumstances. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a deep commitment to each client’s growth and resilience.

Outside of my professional life, I find joy in staying active, spending time with my family, and experimenting in the kitchen. Balancing these interests with my work helps me maintain a grounded perspective, which I bring into my therapeutic practice to support my clients in their journey towards a more balanced and fulfilling life. Looking forward to working with you!
