With a background in working with adults from diverse backgrounds, Annie specializes in anxiety, workplace and academic stress, major life transitions, grief, trauma, and self-image challenges. Her style is interactive, relational, and person-centered, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and self-compassion work. Annie is especially passionate about creating affirming, inclusive spaces for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients.
Annie cultivates a culture of care that centers both the client and the clinician.
She oversees supervision and clinical quality across locations, supporting therapists in growing their skills while staying connected to their purpose.
She holds a master’s degree from CUNY Queens College and brings both lived experience and clinical excellence to her role as Clinical Director.
