She founded Expressive Connections in 2020 to offer creative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care to children, teens, adults, and couples across New York. Under her guidance, the practice has grown into a multi-location hub for therapy, supervision, and community programming.

Known for her engaging, research-backed talks, Christina collaborates with schools, nonprofits, and companies to deliver meaningful conversations about mental health, burnout, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. She has worked with organizations like the Long Island Coalition Against Bullying, Career Day Inc., and Long Island PREP, and consults regularly on corporate wellness programs designed to reduce overwhelm and increase psychological safety at work.

Christina also serves on several boards and advisory councils, including the Girl Scouts of Suffolk County and St. John’s University’s Counselor Education Advisory Council. A Long Island native, Christina holds a master’s degree from St. John’s University and remains deeply connected to the community she serves.
