I work with children, teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based practices, and humanistic therapy to help clients develop insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward meaningful change.

In our work together, I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen and heard, so I bring my authentic self into sessions while staying fully present and attuned to the person in front of me. Together, we explore challenges, build practical coping tools, and develop greater awareness of patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing, helping clients approach change with curiosity, self-compassion, and a sense of agency. I aim to support clients in strengthening their confidence, reconnecting with their values, and building a life that feels more aligned with who they are.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish and strive to provide culturally responsive care that honors each client’s unique background and lived experience.
