I work with children, teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions while building practical tools for everyday challenges.
In therapy, I focus on creating a collaborative and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being open about their experiences. I believe that trust and connection are the foundation of meaningful therapeutic work. Together, we work to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, develop coping strategies, and strengthen resilience and self-compassion.
My goal is to meet clients where they are while supporting them in building the confidence and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges more effectively. Clients can expect attentive listening, thoughtful guidance, and a supportive space where their goals and growth remain at the center of our work.
I was drawn to the mental health field because I understand how powerful it can be to have someone truly listen and offer support during difficult times. This belief continues to guide my work as I support clients in feeling more understood, empowered, and able to move forward.
