My style is integrative and grounded in trust, empathy, and collaboration. As a Muslim Bangladeshi American woman and NYU-trained clinician, I offer culturally sensitive, faith-affirming care that centers your lived experience. I’m especially passionate about holding space for BIPOC and immigrant-origin clients exploring mental health, identity, and intergenerational dynamics.
With experience working with high-risk populations and a background as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I also bring insight into neurodiversity, including ADHD and autism. In our work together, you can expect a personalized, holistic approach where practical tools meet compassionate reflection and every part of your story is honored.
