My style is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I believe therapy is a shared journey and I’m here to support, guide, and challenge you when it serves your growth. As a Punjabi, Hindi-speaking clinician, I understand firsthand the emotional complexity that can come with cultural expectations, grief, and breaking generational patterns. I aim to create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and safe to show up as they are.

I draw from CBT, REBT, IFS, ACT, and humanistic approaches to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs. My goal isn’t to fix you, but to walk with you as you reconnect with your strengths and move toward meaningful change. I offer therapy in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.

In-person sessions in Lynbrook; virtual therapy across New York.
