My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, empowered, and supported as you build insight and strengthen your ability to navigate life’s challenges.
As a Black Caribbean woman, I’m deeply aware of how stigma and cultural pressures can affect mental health. These experiences inform my commitment to creating a safe, affirming space for clients from all backgrounds. I bring empathy, cultural awareness, and authenticity to every session—meeting you where you are and walking with you toward where you want to be.
