I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, behavioral challenges, and major life transitions. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and expressive modalities such as art and play therapy to help clients build awareness, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.

In therapy, I strive to make each session feel approachable and human. I work collaboratively with clients to identify unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and strengthen emotional resilience. Together, we focus on practical tools that foster confidence, self-understanding, and long-term growth.

With experience working across educational and clinical settings, I have supported clients from early childhood through adulthood. My background as a school counselor informs my ability to connect with young people and families while maintaining a grounded, empathetic approach with adults. Above all, I want clients to know they don’t have to face life’s challenges alone; I’m here to support them every step of the way.
