You spend all your mental energy calculating, comparing and controlling.
The clothes that aren’t small enough.
The photos you untag. The events you skip.
Your relationship with your body has become a war. Social media makes it worse, but logging off doesn’t make the voices in your head any quieter.

People are often surprised to learn that body image struggles are rarely about your body.
They’re about control, safety, worth, and belonging.
We use creative approaches to explore your relationship with your physical self beyond the criticism. You might create art that represents how you feel in your body versus how you think you look, visually revealing the disconnect. Movement therapy helps you experience your body as something that does amazing things rather than something that is judged for looking a certain way. We explore the stories you inherited about bodies, worth, and belonging and look at whose voice it really is when you criticize yourself.
The goal is body neutrality – neither love nor hate, but peaceful coexistence. We help you find self-worth that isn’t tied to weight, age, or ability. You’ll learn to reconnect with your body as a partner in living rather than an enemy. And you’ll discover that healing happens when you stop fighting and start listening to what your body actually needs and embrace that fully.
