There’s something powerful about looking around a room and realizing you’re not the only one. Not the only parent whose child refuses school. Not the only teen who feels like an outsider. Not the only person struggling to set boundaries. In our groups and workshops, isolation breaks down and real connection begins.
These aren’t lecture-style classes where someone talks at you for an hour. They’re interactive spaces where you learn through experience, practice new skills in real-time, and get support from people who actually understand what you’re going through.

Our groups are intentionally small, thoughtfully facilitated, and designed to feel more like gathering with friends who get it than formal group therapy.
You’ll have the opportunity to share what’s really working (and what spectacularly isn’t) and leave with practical tools, real connections, and the relief of knowing you’re not carrying your struggles alone.
Our workshops and groups include:
- Parenting through big emotions: For exhausted parents of intense kids
- Supporting school refusal: Strategies and solidarity for families in the trenches
- Teen identity and confidence groups: Finding your people and experiencing belonging
- Social skills and peer connection: Making friends through play and shared activities
- Art & movement-based workshops: Creative expression for all ages
